What if my dog does not get along with other dogs?
Every dog is assessed by behaviour. Socialisation only takes place between compatible dogs.
Are dogs with aggressive behaviour accepted?
Aggressive behaviour must be disclosed before booking. Suitability is assessed and explained on WhatsApp; acceptance is not guaranteed.
Can I watch my dog during the day?
Customers are not given live camera access. Instead, a personalised daily video is sent via WhatsApp.
Is there a camera system?
The facility perimeter is recorded by a 24/7 security camera system. It is for facility security; no customer login or live viewing access is provided.
Does the hotel provide food?
No. Bring enough of your dog’s familiar food for the stay.
Can I bring a bed and toys?
Yes. You may bring the familiar bed and suitable toys.
Are a health record and vaccinations required?
Yes. Dogs without a health record and completed required vaccinations cannot be accepted. A photo of the record may be shared on WhatsApp during the initial discussion.
Is neutering required?
No, but neutering status must be stated before booking.
Do you administer medication?
No. Medication administration is not provided.
Is there an age limit?
There is no general age limit. Health and care needs are assessed during the initial discussion.
Is transfer or private walking available?
No. Owners bring and collect their dogs. Private walking is not provided; dogs receive daily garden and play time.
How is a booking confirmed?
Dates, dog information, health conditions, room preference, price and availability are discussed on WhatsApp. Final conditions are confirmed by the business on WhatsApp.
